We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, build a resume, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, profile information, work history, education, skills, and any content you upload or generate within the platform.

We also automatically collect certain technical data: your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns (pages visited, features used, session duration). This helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.

Your resume data is used exclusively to provide the service you signed up for: generating, editing, formatting, and exporting resumes and cover letters. We do not train AI models on your personal data or resume content.

We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve templates, optimize ATS compatibility, and develop new features. This data can never be traced back to you.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Your database and file storage run on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers under their own security programs.

You can delete any resume, cover letter, or profile photo at any time from your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

To request deletion of your entire account and all associated data, contact us using the address in the “Contact” section below. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

We integrate with Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and an OpenAI-compatible model provider for the AI writing features. These services process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you import data from other platforms, that data is processed temporarily and stored only as part of your resume content. We do not retain the import source data beyond the import session.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Theme preference is stored in localStorage on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that require consent under GDPR.
